The lake is the organizing fact here. Mahogany Lake sits at the neighbourhood's centre — a private beach club that residents access with fobs, where summer weekends fill the water with kayaks and the paths with strollers. Around it, the neighbourhood is still growing into itself: fresh phases filling in along the edges, construction giving way to sod, families settling alongside neighbours who've been here since the early builds.
